Friday, Feb. 3, 7:00 pm - After Hours Concert: Planet D Nonet This 9-piece band from Detroit will swing into Batesville as part of their "Old School Tour." Enjoy this dynamic group of musicians sharing jazz, swing, jump, blues and Detroit-style R&B. Free to the public.


Coming in February: Basic Computer Classes for Seniors. Mondays at 2:00 pm, February 6, 13, 20 & 27. Start with the very basics: using a mouse and keyboarding, then move on to using Email and the Internet. Class size is limited. Register at the library's Check Out Desk.


"Mother Goose on the Loose" Lap Sit Story Times for the "under three" crowd with a caregiver at 10:00 AM. Registration at the library is required.
Mondays: Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30 -- Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27 -- Mar. 5, 12, 19, 26 -- Apr. 2, 9, 16, 23 -- May 7.

Gale Virtual Reference Library is a database of encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research.  You can search these materials online from the library or 24/7 from any remote location using your BMPL card number.
