International Talk Like a Pirate Day September 19 |
 We celebrated "Talk Like a Pirate Day" with Hogeye Navvy in 2008. |
 Young contestants lined up for the "Dress Like a Pirate" contest. |

 The library hosted the exhibit: Images of Native Americans: The Wanamaker Collection at Indiana University (9/6/07 - 10/4/07) |
 The exhibit included 30 photos of Native American portraits, scenes of daily life, and historic images. Mathers Museum at the IU Bloomington campus is home to the entire collection of over 8,000 photographs taken in the early 20th century. |
 These traditional dresses were added to the library's exhibit. |
 A number of collectors contributed items which were displayed to enhance the Wanamaker Collection exhibit. |
