The Batesville Memorial Public Library is committed to providing information and services to learners of every age.  Our Online Instruction Center features a wide range of highly interactive GALE Courses (formerly Learn4Life) that you can take entirely over the Internet, FREE if you have a valid BMPL borrower's card.     The City of Batesville, Indiana, plus those parts of Laughery and Adams Townships in Ripley County that are in the Batesville School District, and all of Ray Township in Franklin County.

    Mission Statement :
    The mission of the Batesville Memorial Public Library is to help the people of the community in their pursuit of information and education, as well as vocational and recreational endeavors, by providing current materials, services, and programs.
